As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a high-performing Medical Sales Executive to manage and grow our Southern Region portfolio (covering Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan). If you are passionate about healthcare innovation and B2B relationship building, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Promote and drive sales for our premier nutraceutical formulations, consumer healthcare products, and medical devices to medical professionals within hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and IVF centres.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with our key healthcare partners, general practitioners (GPs), and independent pharmacies.
- Territory Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and achieve regional sales targets within the assigned Southern territory.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and monitor market trends to support overall business growth.
Requirements
- Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or medical device industry. Familiarity with the Southern GP and pharmacy market is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport, with a willingness to travel extensively within the Southern region.
