Sales Coordinator (HQ-Based)

At Essentiq Nutrascience, our core activity lies in creating and marketing innovative, quality nutraceutical formulations to professional healthcare providers at highly competitive standards. To maintain our operational excellence, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our central sales division at our Headquarters.

This vital role ensures seamless communication between our international principals (from Japan, Egypt, Turkiye, and India), our nationwide sales team, and our extensive network of over 2,200 GPs and 680 independent pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process incoming sales orders from hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies accurately and efficiently using our internal system.
• Operations Support: Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely distribution and delivery of imported and local brands.
• Client Communication: Handle incoming enquiries from healthcare clients regarding stock availability, delivery statuses, and product documentation.
• Sales Tracking: Assist the sales management team in compiling weekly sales reports, tracking regional performance metrics, and maintaining client databases.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Support, or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or distribution sectors. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
